The whole tour was well organized, the bus had heating which was a huge deal for me (I did the tour in December). There is an option at the waterfall to do a boat ride (I didn’t choose to do), which in my opinion is not worth it (only 10-15 min and you might get a bit wet close to the waterfall). Going down was a bit tricky, it was bit slippery due to the rain from the previous days and very steep. Be prepared with good hiking shoes. The food was great (bread, salad, 2 options…”
