“This was not a great experience, first they called and switched the date indicating weather conditions then a time change. When they picked us up it was foggy and the weather was not the best, we never received tea/coffee before our ride or even safety instructions. We also never got our certificate. I was very disappointed.”

Safety was paramount but lots of fun, music to relax us, he kept checking we were all OK, pointed out various sights and generally looked after us. We were very pleased he was our pilot.
